Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from 'dreamafields.com'. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Sales tax will be refunded to the original method of payment
  • Your order must be returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact).


Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dreamafieldsllc@gmail.com.

If you are looking for an exchange for a faulty product please contact us via our contact us(link Contact Us Page) page and we will organize an exchange!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted,  you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping please note we will send you an RMA code that code will need to be added to the package for tracking. 

3. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: If you request a return or an exchange and the store is out of inventory a dreamafields.com gift card will be issued and mailed back to your shipping address.
